Q. Who came up with this idea?

A. It was YB Sim's idea as he wanted to ensure that all levels of the community especially those from the lower level has the same job opportunities, including those who do not have any internet access. Everything will be done on a best effort basis.

Q. Who can participate?

A. Everyone are welcome to participate including those outside the Pantai Jerejak constituency. Since it is online, Malaysians from overseas who wish to come home could also participate.

Q. How can I participate if I do not have any internet access?

A. Call or visit our service center, fill up the application form and our volunteers will assist you to put it online.

Q. After submitting my online application, what happens next?

A. If any employers found your application to be suitable, they will contact you directly based on the information you have entered. So please ensure that your contact details are correct.

Q. Do I need to submit my resume besides providing the information in the system?

A. No, you do not need to submit any resume to us. You can provide your resume to the employers when they contact you for an interview as we will not be involved.

Q. Who will be involved in the job selection?

A. It is between the employers and you. We will NOT be involved. You are advised to be prudent before accepting any job offers as we are not liable for any jobs been offered to you or being advertised in our system.

Q. Am I guaranteed to get a job?

A. There is no guarantee that you will get a job. It is up to the employers to select and shortlist.

Q. How long do I have to wait after submitting my online application.

A. That depends on the job currently available and your suitability to the potential employers.

Q. Do I have to pay to submit my online application?

A. It is completely FREE for both job seekers and employers.

Q. If it is free, how do you managed to maintain this system?

A. This is part of YB Sim's free service to serve the community using IT.

Q. Who maintain this system?

A. This system was fully designed and maintained by YB Sim's volunteers.

Q. There are already so many other job portals. Why have another one?

A. This system is not to compete with the other job portals but rather to complement them. We serve more for those from the mid to lower level job seekers including janitors, gardeners, security guards, etc. which the other job portals are not focusing.

Q. Will there be any further upgrades to the system?

A. Yes, we will continue to upgrade and add new features to the system.

Q. Is this a one time initiative?

A. No, this is an ongoing project by YB Sim and his team of volunteers. As long as there are people unemployed, YB Sim will continue to reach out using this system.
